Anyone for tea?

Hi everyone! Hope you've had a good week. Just popping on here to share a card I've made with some more yummy goodies from the Clare Curd Crafts store!

Sorry the photo is not the best. I take my photos in the windowsill (window is on the left as you look at the pic) with a "happy snap" type digital camera and then edit them with free software. Today the light was a bit...well..."weird" is the best way to describe it, lol!  I would love to get a type of "mini studio" - you know the deal, a few daylight lights and one of those small photo tents - but I'm a little unsure of what to get. So if you have any advice for creating a mini home studio or any tips for photographing cards, I'd love to hear them! :)

Carta Bella True Friends 6x6 paper pad

Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad, Copic markers

How to...

1. Trim a 115x143mm piece of patterned paper from the Carta Bella True Friends 6x6 paper pad.  Measure 85mm from the top edge and cut horizontally so you have 2 pieces of paper. Turn over the top piece. Adhere both pieces to a 115x143mm piece of scrap card. Add machine stitching around the edge (optional) and distress the edges with an edge distressing tool or a pair of scissors. 
2. Cover where the papers join by wrapping with white ruffle ribbon then Clare Curd Crafts! Ravishing Ribbons - Double Sided Satin Sage Green 15mm and fix the panel to the front of a 120x148mm white card blank. 
3. Fix 2 small doilies to the card as shown. 
4. Stamp the largest image from the Crafty Impressions Simply Marvellous clear A6 stamp set in black ink onto white card and colour. Cut out and glue to card front. 
5. Tie a bow from the green satin ribbon and fix to the left side of the card. Add a twine bow and flower to finish.
